Your pets can get into the good life at Bristol Grapevine too — they’ll love our leash-free bark park and the 19 miles of walking trails at nearby Grapevine Lake.
• There is a one-time fee of $400 per pet.
• Maximum of two pets per home.
• Monthly per-pet rent is $20.
Certain aggressive dog breeds are restricted, including Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Wolf-Hybrids, Alaskan Malamutes, Presa Canarios, and Doberman Pinschers. Further breed restrictions may apply.
